The Porsche Panamerica



This prototype was produced for the 80th birthday of Ferry Porsche. As you can see, it keeps the basic 911 shape, but is drastically modified. The special wheels are totally exposed. The smooth front (which we are used to now on the 993), is rounded off with no bumpers at all. The rear is different, too, with the twin grilles and taillights. Notice how the 986 Boxter's clusters are reminicient of the Panamerca's
